Local Business Donates 10,000 Masks To Town Of Islip
The local woman-owned supplier recently donated the PPE to help prevent the spread of coronavirus.

BOHEMIA, NY — A local woman-owned business did its part to help during the pandemic by donating 10,000 pieces of masks to the town.
Liberty Masks, the Bohemia-based supplier, recently donated the masks to the Town’s Public Safety Division and Office of Personnel.
The town will then distribute the PPE, in limited quantities, to local nursing homes and Veteran's organizations.

"We are proud to be here and offer our products, which are made in America, to our communities," Sue Bhasin, Senior Sales Representative at Liberty Masks, said.
Town officials thanked the company and continued to encourage residents to use masks to stop the spread of coronavirus.

It’s so important to have these masks, so that we can ensure that our loved ones are wearing them as well," Tony D’Amico, Commissioner, Town of Islip Public Safety, said.
