Maxwell's Gives Popular Igloos A Makeover For Valentine's Day

ISLIP, NY — Maxwell's, which hopped on the hot igloo trend a few months ago, will now be giving them a makeover for the month of February. The restaurant, located on 501 Main Street in Islip, will unveil new "romance themed igloos" in honor of Valentine's Day.

The eatery opened the first two igloos on the outside patio in December before adding a third recently. The igloos had a Lodge and "Gone" Ski theme. Now, the igloos will have a new "Cupid’s Corner" and "Fall Inn Love" theme for next month.

In addition, new ‘Sweetheart Drinks’ have been added to the igloo menu along with the winter themed cocktails and snacks.

Maxwell's is now accepting reservations for all three throughout the month. Igloos are available by reservation only, for two hours per booking for a maximum party of 8 for $150. The cost includes the first round of drinks and a personal server.

Igloos are available to reserve during regular business hours at Maxwell’s. The restaurant is open Monday through Thursday from 12 p.m. to 1 a.m., Friday through Saturday from 12 p.m. to 2 a.m. and Sundays from 12 p.m. to 12 a.m.
