New Islip Eatery Celebrates Grand Opening
The healthy eatery gave away free Acai bowls to the first 50 customers during the grand opening celebration this week.
ISLIP, NY - A new business in Islip recently held its grand opening celebration.
SoBol, a new healthy eatery, officially opened on 479 Main Street in January.
However, on Tuesday the local business held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new store.

The franchise is quickly expanding across Long Island with other locations in Merrick, Syosset, St. James, Wantagh, Massapequa, Long Beach, Rockville Centre, New Hyde Park, Ronkonkoma, Sayville, Patchogue, Manorville, Mastic, Babylon, Commack, Huntington and Oyster Bay.
The eatery offers Acai and pitaya bowls as well as smoothies.
