NORTH CORONA, QUEENS — A car burst into flames on Northern Boulevard in Queens on Tuesday morning, according to the FDNY.

The fire started just before 9 a.m. at the corner of Northern Boulevard and 103rd Street in North Corona, a Fire Department spokesperson said.

No one was injured, the spokesperson added.

Citizen video shows firefighters hosing down the black, four-door sedan. They managed to get the blaze under control within half an hour, according to the FDNY.
