JACKSON HEIGHTS, QUEENS — Police are looking for a hungry thief who nabbed 10 jars of tomato sauce from a Jackson Heights supermarket last month.

The man swiped the sauce jars from Food Universe on 31st Avenue about 11:30 a.m. on July 20, according to police.

A security guard outside the store tried to stop the man, but the man pulled out a pipe wrench and hit the guard's arm, police said.
