Motorcyclist Killed In Jackson Heights Crash: NYPD

A motorcyclist was killed in Jackson Heights early Sunday morning after he collided with a Jeep, police said.

JACKSON HEIGHTS, QUEENS — A motorcyclist was killed in Jackson Heights early Sunday morning after he collided with a Jeep, police said.

The 25-year-old man was speeding west on 31st Avenue about 4:30 a.m. when he crashed into a Jeep Grand Cherokee heading north on 83rd Street, according to police.

EMS pronounced the motorcyclist dead on the scene.

The Jeep's 52-year-old driver survived unscathed, the New York Post reported.

There are no arrests.
