Perp Steals $60K & Security System From Jackson Heights Bar: NYPD
The perp broke into Sal Y Pimienta by snipping the lock on the bar's security gate, police said.

JACKSON HEIGHTS, QUEENS -- Police are searching for a man who allegedly stole $60,000 and the entire security surveillance system from a Jackson Heights bar.
The man allegedly snipped the lock to the security gate at Sal Y Pimienta before sneaking inside the bar on Roosevelt Avenue near 82nd Street the morning of Aug. 5, cops said.
He proceeded to snatch up $60,000 and the bar's entire security system before fleeing down Roosevelt Avenue with the stolen goods, authorities said.

Police described the suspect as a man in his thirties, standing at about 6 feet tall and weighing roughly 190 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark baseball cap, a white button down shirt, jeans and a backpack.
