Donald Trump's Childhood Home In Queens Is Up For Auction Again
President Trump's childhood home in Queens is back up for auction after it failed to sell for $2.9 million earlier this year, reports say.

JAMAICA ESTATES, QUEENS — President Donald Trump's childhood home in Queens is back up for auction after it failed to sell for an inflated sum earlier this year, according to The New York Times.
No starting bid has been announced for the five-bedroom, Tudor-style house in Jamaica Estates, which hit the market for $2.9 million in February.
Bidders must send written offers, a 10-percent deposit and a nonrefundable $100 fee that earns them the floor plans and a copy of Trump's birth certificate that lists the home's address.

The auction will end Nov. 14.
The auction company, Paramount Realty USA, has sold the home twice before, according to the Times.

In 2016, shortly before Trump's inauguration, the home sold for $1.39 million. The buyer, real estate investor Michael Davis, resold it just months later for $2.14 million, the Times reported.
The current owner, Trump Birth House LLC, bought the home in 2017 for $2.1 million, ACRIS records show.
The limited-liability company is represented by a Flushing law firm that specializes in Chinese foreign investment, the Times reported, but the owner's identity is still a mystery.

Misha Haghani, principal of the auction company, would not identify the owner but told the Times the person is not a member the Trump family.
The owner listed the home with Compass Real Estate earlier this year, but it was taken off the market days later thanks to an overwhelming media response, according to the Times.
Haghani is promising a $10,000 award to the person who has the closest guess for the home's final sale price, according to the Times.
The home is a "collectible," Haghani told the news outlet.
