Donald Trump's Childhood Home In Queens Is For Sale

President Donald Trump's childhood home in Jamaica Estates is on the market — again.

JAMAICA ESTATES, QUEENS - President Donald Trump's childhood home in Jamaica Estates is back on the market for $2.9 million. Its address, 85-15 Wareham Place, is listed on Trump's birth certificate, according to Compass Real Estate.

Trump's father, Fred Trump, built the 2,500-square-foot, Tudor-style house in 1940. The house has five bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths, plus a library, living room with a fireplace, enclosed patio and two-car garage.

The current owner, the mysterious Trump Birth House LLC, bought the home in 2017 for $2.1 million, ACRIS records show. The previous owner, Wareham Holdings, bought the home in 2016 for $1.39 million; the New York Post reported the identity of that buyer as Manhattan real estate investor Michael Davis.
