Man Shot Dead In Jamaica Public Housing, Police Say
The man was shot in the head early Wednesday morning in the Baisley Park Houses, police say.

JAMAICA, QUEENS -- A 41-year-old man was fatally shot in the head in a Jamaica public housing project on Wednesday morning, police said.
Officers responding to a 911 call of shots fired at around 2 a.m. inside Baisley Park Houses found the man lying in the second-floor hallway of the building on Guy R. Brewer and Foch boulevards, police said.
The man was unconscious and unresponsive with a bullet wound to his head, cops said. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene.

Police did not immediately release the man's identity. No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
