Queens NYPD Officer Arrested For Robbing, Harassing Girlfriend

An NYPD officer was arrested early Tuesday morning in southeast Queens for taking his girlfriend's phone during an argument, police said.

JAMAICA, QUEENS — An NYPD officer was arrested early Tuesday morning for taking his girlfriend's phone during an argument, police said.

Housing bureau officer George Hudson, 33, was suspended from the NYPD without pay after he grabbed the woman's phone in "a forceful manner," according to police and a New York Post report.

He is facing charges of robbery, assault and harassment for the incident, police said.
