Sex Abuse, Nude Photos Of Teen Girl Land Queens Man In Prison

OZONE PARK, QUEENS -- A Queens man will spend the next several years behind bars for sexually abusing and taking nude photos of a 14-year-old girl after getting her drunk.

Robert Pou, 54, was sentenced to up to eight years in prison on Wednesday for manipulating the teen girl to perform a sex act on him and taking nude photos of her, which the teen's sister found on his phone the next day, said Queens District Attorney Richard Brown. The Ozone Park man pleaded guilty to the crimes in November.

“Betraying the trust of a young innocent girl, the defendant violated her for his own sick gratification," Brown said on Thursday.

On June 8, 2016, Pou had the then-14-year-old girl "perform a sex act on him" after feeding her so much alcohol that she at one point passed out, according to the complaint. While she was drunk, Pou took at least 10 nude photos of her on his phone.

Pou was sentenced in Queens Supreme Court to 4-8 years in prison after pleading guilty to use of a child in a sexual performance, promoting a sexual performance by a child, second-degree attempted criminal sex act and possessing a sexual performance by a child.
