Teens Arrested For Gang Assault Of Elderly Man In Queens
Two teen boys who beat up a 79-year-old man in Cambria Heights earlier this month were arrested Tuesday on gang assault charges, cops said.
CAMBRIA HEIGHTS, QUEENS — Two teen boys who beat up a 79-year-old man in Cambria Heights earlier this month were arrested Tuesday on gang assault charges, according to police.
Nyziere Lodge, 18, and an unnamed 15-year-old boy each face a gang assault charge for punching the man in the face and the ribs outside the Cambria Heights Public Library on Linden Avenue on Oct. 10, police said Tuesday.
Lodge, a Long Island City resident, is facing an additional charge of disorderly conduct.

The attack left the man with a broken femur and broken ribs, according to police.
