102nd Precinct Community Council March 2019 Meeting
NYPD Officers awarded Cops of the Month
The NYPD 102ndPrecinct Community Council met Tuesday, March 19that the Richmond Hill Library. New York City Council Member Adrienne E. Adams, from City Council District 28, which covers the Queens neighborhoods of Jamaica, Rochdale Village, Richmond Hill, and South Ozone Park was present to voice her support for the 102ndPrecinct and take questions from the gathered community.
The NYPD 102nd Precinct Commanding Officer Deputy Inspector Courtney Nilan presented Police Officer Obenshine and Police Officer Misuraca the Precinct Community Council Cops of The Month Award. These fine Police Officers are assigned to Sector B in the 102ndPrecinct and their long list of accomplishments includes a recent arrest of a suspect armed with a sawed-off shotgun.
The 102nd Precinct Community Council typically meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Richmond Hill Library. Community Council Officers are Simcha Waisman, President, Gagadip Singh, Vice President, Sandra Datnarain, Treasurer, Richard J. Smith, Recording Secretary, Harbans S. Dhillon, Sergeant-At-Arms. Carmen Torres from Assemblyman Michael Miller’s Officers presented the Officers with a citation.
