The thief stole electronics, checks and car keys from a woman's Ozone Park home, police said. He returned the next day to finish the job.
OZONE PARK, QUEENS -- A burglar who broke into a woman's Ozone Park home Friday wasn't happy with his haul of stolen goods and car keys - so he came back the next day to finish the job, police said.
The thief returned less than twelve hours later to steal the same 56-year-old woman's grey Dodge Caliber, parked outside her home on 107 Avenue and 90 Street, cops said.
The man used the car keys he stole from her house when he broke in through an unlocked basement door in the back at around 10:30 a.m. the day prior, authorities said. He also made off with the woman's electronics and a checkbook.
