Gunman Sought In Shooting Just Blocks From Forest Park: NYPD
The man is wanted for putting a bullet in a 20-year-old's right thigh, police said.
KEW GARDENS, QUEENS -- Police are searching for the gunman who shot a 20-year-old man just blocks from Forest Park in Kew Gardens.
The shooting happened on 116th Street near 84th Avenue on July 28 just before 4 a.m., cops said. The perp put a bullet in the man's right thigh and fled.
Medics rushed the man to Jamaica Hospital in stable condition, authorities said.

Cops described the suspect as a man with a beard. He was last seen wearing a backwards red baseball hat, a black Fila jacket, red pants with a white stripe, and sneakers.
The NYPD released a video of the perp shortly before the attack in South Ozone Park on Rockaway Boulevard and 116th Avenue.
