CHELSEA, NY — A 45-year-old Queens man was mowed down in a Manhattan hit-and-run Saturday, police said. Bing Wan, 45, was standing on the north curb of W. 23rd Street near Eighth Avenue when the driver of a white Dodge 2500 van made a swift turn onto the street and plowed into Wan.
The manic driver sped west on W. 23rd Street and drove against traffic, slamming into two vehicles before he raced away, police said Wednesday.
