$1 Million Mega Millions Ticket Sold in Kings Park

A Kings Park Stationers customer is $1 million richer following Tuesday’s Mega Millions drawing.

A Quick Pick ticket bought at the store on Indian Head Road matched five winning numbers in the multi-state lottery drawing- 2, 23, 32, 45, 55 and Mega Ball 12.

A million bucks is nothing to sneeze at, but the big winner in Tuesday’s drawing was sold at Penn Station.

A ticket purchased at Carlton Cards matched all six winning numbers, good enough for the jackpot of $58 million. That amount of money could buy 1,589,041 round-trip LIRR peak tickets from Penn to Kings Park, but with $58 million, if the winner is indeed an LIRR commuter, we’d imagine they won’t be for much longer.
