Alex Torres and His Latin Orchestra Return to the Vanderbilt Museum

Enjoy a great performance and dance to the performance of Alex Torres and His Latin Orchestra

Alex Torres and His Latin Orchestra return to fill the night with music, dancing, and romance as they return for the 11th year to perform at the Vanderbilt Museum. These musicians have performed to sold out crowds at the Vanderbilt Museum and have received rave reviews. The group has released 10 CDs ranging from salsa, merengue, and Latin Jazz over the years. The event will take place outdoors in the Mansion's Spanish Revival Courtyard overlooking the Northport Bay starting at 6 pm. The estate grounds open at 5 pm and the performance will begin at 7 pm.

Guests are encouraged to bring picnic dinners to the event, and to take the professional Latin dance lessons that are being offered at 6:00-6:45 before the main event begins for a better experience. Wine, beer, and soft drinks will all be available to purchase at the performance. We would highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance as the number of tickets are limited and sell out very quickly. Tickets are $30 in advance at $35 for museum members at the door. To order tickets visit vanderbiltmuseum.org or call 631-854-5579.
