Books For Sale at Kings Park Library
Gently used books can be purchased for under a dollar and proceeds go towards special library programs.
The Friends of Smithtown Library has implemented a book sale program, which operates whenever the libraries are open in Smithtown, Nesconset and Kings Park.
Gently used hardcover and paperback books and audio-visual materials are offered for between 50 cents to a dollar, and some children’s books are priced as low as 10 cents.
Donations of gently used books are accepted on the second Tuesday and fourth Saturday of each month at the Smithtown main building.

Proceeds from the book sales will help support special library programs including scholarships, the LearnLab, museum passes and more.
