Don't Miss: Proper Mechanics Baseball Starts on Sunday

It might be chilly outsides, but pre-season baseball training is here. 

Proper Mechanics Baseball will begin its 7-week baseball training program at Kings Park High School gymnasium this Sunday. The program is designed for children enrolled in grade 6 - 9. 

Training sessions will work on both fielding drills  and batting technics to prepare players for the upcoming season. 

Sessions are broken down: 

• 6th graders:  11 a.m. - 1 p.m. 
• 7th graders: 1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. 
• 8th and 9th graders: 2:30 p.m. - 4 p.m.
