The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for Long Island.
There is a low chance for flooding rains Friday night into Saturday due to a slow moving frontal system.
"Widespread minor urban and poor drainage flooding is possible, with a chance of flash flooding, especially with the recent heavy rain," the NWS said in a forecast discussion Tuesday evening. "However, there is still a good deal of uncertainty with where and when the heaviest of the rain will fall."
