Kings Park School Calendar 2018-19: First Day Of School, Vacation

KINGS PARK, NY— The first day of School in Kings Park is September 4 — and whether you and the kids are looking forward to the new school year or are dreading the end of summer, you’ll want to mark the dates on your calendar ASAP. The Kings Park Central School District has released its 2018-2019 calendars for public schools.

The calendars include important dates such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays, early dismissals and parent-teacher conferences.

• 12/24-12/31: No School (Winter Break)

January

• 1/1: No School (New Year's Day)
• 1/21: No School (Martin Luther King Jr. Day)

February

• 2/18-2/22: No School (Mid-Winter Recess)

April

• 4/18-4/26: No School (Spring Break)

May

• 5/24-5/28: No School (Memorial Day Weekend)

June

• 6/24-6/25: Grades K-5 Half Days
• 6/26: Last Day of School
