$35M Residential Project Breaks Ground In Mamaroneck

Five of the 96 units will be affordable.

MAMARONECK, NY — Mamaroneck village and Westchester County officials helped break ground Thursday for a 100-unit residential complex on Waverly Avenue. Dubbed the Sheldrake Station, the $35 million development will have three five-story buildings with a total of 96 units.

Five of the units will be affordable, and amenities include a gym, lounge for residents and grilling area, lohud.com said.

White Plains-based Papp Architects is heading the project.
