Brooklyn Man Accused Of Drunken Driving In Mamaroneck: Police

​The man is set to return to Village of Mamaroneck court on June 25​.

MAMARONECK, NY — A 46-year-old Brooklyn man was arrested Saturday afternoon on suspicion of drunk driving on Interstate 95 in Mamaroneck, police said in a release.

According to New York State Police, Fernando Lebron was pulled over around 8:20 p.m. for a vehicle and traffic violation. Police said the man was arrested and taken to SP New Rochelle, where police determined his blood alcohol content was 0.18, above the legal limit.

Lebron was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and released to a sober driver. He is set to return to Village of Mamaroneck court on June 25.
