Rockland Man Targeted Haitians In 'Callous' $2 Million Fraud
A Hudson Valley resident defrauded people in the Haitian community of more than $2 million in a fraud that started with a day-trading Ponzi scheme and ended with a fast-food franchise scam.
The woman was walking on a trail when the man sexually assaulted her, police say. An arrest has not yet been made.
