Hunger Task Force and Community Resource Center Receive Support

On a warm day in July, Zsuzsanna Baan-Jonas and Ann Sheridan stood by their cars parked near the Larchmont Avenue Church and waited. Then they came, members of The Woman’s Club of Larchmont, Inc. to donate nonfood items and checks.

Over $600 was collected for the Larchmont/Mamaroneck Hunger Task Force and presented later to Malcolm Frouman, president of the Task Force. He also shared an update on the organization‘s mission, especially during these tough times. Almost $400 was contributed to the Community Resource Center and presented to Adrian Davilla, at the Center.
