Larchmont Shopping Center On Boston Post Road Sells
The shopping center was purchased by the same firm that bought the Vernon Hills Shopping Center in Eastchester recently.
LARCHMONT, NY — Ferndale Shopping Center, which houses Larchmont and Mamaroneck's Stop & Shop, was purchased from Ten Grand Inc. by Ashkenazy Acquisition Corporation for a price of more than $35 million. The shopping center is located on 6.8 acres at 1310-1340 Boston Post Road.
The shopping center is 96 percent occupied by seven tenants, including a 24-hour CVS.
Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller.

Earlier this mont, Ashkenazy acquired Vernon Hills Shopping Center, a 380,000-square-foot retail asset in Eastchester. Cushman & Wakefield orchestrated that transaction as well.
