Mamaroneck High School Girls 4-by-800 Post Impressive Time in Nationals

The Mamaroneck High School’s Girls 4x800 relay team won bronze medals and All American status at the New Balance Nationals this past weekend, the school district announced.

The girls, Freshman, Lauren Shpiz and juniors Lauren Chapey, Katie DeVore, and Shari Rauls, set a school and county record with a time of 9:07.63, which also was the fastest time run in New York this year and the fourth-fastest time in the country.
