Mamaroneck School District Launches Athletics Web-App

The Mamaroneck School System has launched a new Athletics Web-App that provides users with the latest schedules and information about the district’s sports teams.

The software works on any device, desktop, laptop, tablets or mobile, and officials said it can be added directly to a cell phone’s home screen. Information about the app can be viewed by clicking here.

Accoring to the district’s Director of Health, Physical Education& Athletics Bari Suman, users can view either the entire schedule or by team only. Users can also click “subscribe” to a specific team, in order to receive any changes/updates to the daily schedule. Additionally, users have the option of adding calendar dates and events to Google Calendar, iCal or Outlook.

Suman also said that once a user is in the Calendar, they can click on an “away” location and a Google Map will pop up. Click on that icon and directions to that particular site will appear.

To download the App, use the cell phone’s QR Code on the link listed above, or go to mamaroneckathletics.org and select “Add to Home Screen.”
