The New York State Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) provides significant economic relief to help low and moderate-income households who are behind on their rent and have experienced hardship due to Covid-19 pandemic, which has affected thousands of households in Westchester County.

Human Development Services of Westchester, Neighborhood Preservation Company is able to provide support to guide eligible individuals to apply for the ERAP program. There is no fee charged for ERAP assistance. The below flyers provide more detail:
