Residential Development Proposed For Library Lane In Mamaroneck
Among the features would be a rooftop deck and ground-level parking.
MAMARONECK, NY — Two downtown Mamaroneck buildings could be replaced by a four-story residential complex if a developer’s plan comes to fruition. The proposed complex would be located at 145-149 Library Lane.
It would contain nine two-bedroom apartments, a rooftop deck and ground-floor parking, lohud.com said.
The developer is Mamaroneck-based Garson Properties.
