MAMARONECK, NY — The Mamaroneck Beach & Yacht Club has changed hands. No purchase price for the beach club was announced.
According to Julia B. Fee Sotheby's International Realty, the most recent offer was for $10 million, the Journal News reported.
The land is zoned for marine recreation and is located at the end of S. Barry Avenue.
