Albany Avenue Bowls for Sandy Relief

Albany Avenue Elementary School students and parents participate in a family bowling night that raises more than $300 for families hit hard by Hurricane Sandy.

Albany Avenue Elementary School students and parents recently participated in a family bowling night in the gymnasium.

Each family took to a lane and enjoyed striking the pins down in friendly competition.

Colorful strobe lights and music added to the festive atmosphere.

Albany Avenue’s physical education teachers coordinated the fundraiser to help families that were hit hardest by Hurricane Sandy.

The event raised more than $300.
