Crowe, a native of Ireland and current Kismet resident, is the veteran pub owner behind the original Lily Flanagan's in Islip, Lily Flanagan's in Babylon, Rockville Centre and Wantagh along with Smithtown's Irish Coffee Pub. Crowe scoped out the perfection location in Lindenhurst, along with his partner on the project Robert Fortier.
