Lindenhurst Firm Forms Pro Bono Marketing Consortium:

Introductory Webinar April 30

An overwhelming number of Long Island small business owners are seeing their dreams crumble due to Covid-19, and a new consortium of eight Long Island marketing professionals is striving to make a difference. Sadly having watched many of her friends suffer losses, Kathy Casale, president of Sea Star Strategy and based in Lindenhurst, assembled a team of fellow marketing professionals from a variety of specialties to offer pro bono guidance and training that will position Long Island small businesses to survive and thrive in the Post-Covid business world. The consortium, Long Island Marketing Cares, will hold their introductory Zoom seminar, Getting Long Island Back to Business, at 2 PM on Thursday, April 30, with future seminars in the works.

“While no one can replace the unprecedented loss of life and livelihood faced by so many, we’ve seen a genuine need for strategies offering realistic hope,” said Casale.

Online seminars and personalized consulting provided by Long Island Marketing Cares consortium members will empower business owners to take important steps toward increased visibility, including improving website design and messaging, launching brand-building Facebook ads, engaging with customers on social media, and much more. Firms generously offering their expertise include: Sue Glenn from Diverse Marketing & Web Design, David Gussin from 516ads.com, Keith Groshans from Rocket Juiced, James Martinez from All Things Digital, Krista Giannak from Wise Words That Matter, Jean Derespina from Chime Marketing, Lisa Cappiello from AppSolute Success Mobile Apps, and Kathy Casale from Sea Star Strategy. For more information or to register for an upcoming webinar, visit the Long Island Marketing Cares website at www.LIMarketingCares.com, or join their Facebook group at Long Island Marketing Cares.
