Lindenhurst Library Closing Early for Blizzard
Library officials say the building will be closed at 4 p.m.
The Lindenhurst Memorial Library will be closing early on Thursday due to the oncoming storm approaching our area.
The library announced it will close down starting at 4 p.m. Thursday as the storm begins to bear down on Long Island.
There was no immediate word on whether the library would be reopening on Friday.
Other local libraries, including Babylon, have also announced early closures. Lindenhurst Schools also announced they will not be hosting any athletic events on Friday due to the storm.
