Rosati posts under the moniker "Unfiltered Conservative" on TikTok and hosts podcasts. He sold right-wing clothing on a website called Clash Brothers United with a fellow LIRR employee, according to the New York Daily News.

Rosati's TikTok videos often center around conspiracy theories regarding Bill Gates, vaccines, the coronavirus and mask policies. On his Jan. 5 "Unfiltered Conservative" podcast, he made predictions about the events of the next day.

"They are going to be blindsided tomorrow," he said. "This could be going to a revote with the military getting involved. That's on the table. I want everyone to be ready for tomorrow."

He speculated millions of people going to the Capitol could force military action and intimidate politicians.

"They are gonna be terrified," he said. "What happens if Nancy Pelosi steals the election? You think she's gonna walk to her car that night?"

Metropolitan Transportation Authority Chair Pat Foye criticized Rosati during a recent news conference.

"What he's said on social media is outrageous, despicable and the sign he's a jackass," Foye said.

LIRR President Philip Eng told Newsday Rosati, who made $75,000 in 2019 according to the Empire Center, is being investigated for possible violations of the organization's code of conduct.
