LINDENHURST, NY — As the construction of the multi-million dollar luxury apartment complex in Lindenhurst approaches completion, those hoping to move in can now start pre-leasing.

The Wel is a 260-unit building located by the LIRR station on East Hoffman Avenue. The building has a mix of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom units ranging in price from $2,100 to $4,700, depending on the unit.

While an exact opening date for the complex has not yet been announced, pre-leasing began on April 10. The apartments available include one-bedroom lofts, units with massive arched windows, creek views, and balconies.

The Wel also includes plenty of amenity spaces, including community rooms, fitness facilities, an outdoor pool, a rooftop deck, and a pet spa.

The leasing office is currently doing tours by appointment only to maintain COVID safety and because it is an active construction site. Future residents can schedule a tour with a leasing agent, and hard hat tours are done when the construction team confirms people can walk through the building safety.
