Lindenhurst Middle School Students Have Virtual Meet-And-Greet
Fifth grade students at Alleghany Avenue Elementary School virtually caught up with Lindenhurst Middle School students.

Fifth grade students in Laura Birnbaum’s class at Alleghany Avenue Elementary School in the Lindenhurst Union Free School District did not have the opportunity to visit the Lindenhurst Middle School this year as they have done in the past due to the restrictions resulting from the global pandemic.

As such, the students recently took part in a virtual meet-and-greet with the sixth grade students of Meghan Lavey’s class at the Lindenhurst Middle School.
The middle schoolers took the time to answer the questions raised by the younger students on a number of topics including club participation, the use of lockers and navigating the hallways.
