Man Injured In North Amityville Christmas Eve Shooting

The shooting was reported Thursday afternoon.

NORTH AMITYVILLE, NY — A man was injured in a Christmas Eve shooting in North Amityville, according to Suffolk police.

The 30-year-old man was shot in front of a Jefferson Avenue home.

He was transported via a private car to Andpress Plaza at 1:15 p.m. He was then transported via ambulance to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip in stable condition.
