New Apartment Complex Opening Soon In Amityville

AMITYVILLE, NY — A new apartment complex is planning on opening soon in Amityville. A ribbon cutting ceremony for the Village By The Bay complex on Greene Avenue was held earlier this month.

The complex includes a total of 117 rental units which are a mix of studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. The building will also include a lobby/amenity area featuring a fireplace, pool table, large screen televisions, a coffee station and many seating options.

There will also be a state-of-the-art fitness center, two rooftop lounges and game room and a library/study room inside the complex. Outside residents will find a large courtyard area featuring a water fountain, fire pit, barbecues and various seating areas.

Residents are expected to move in as early as next week.
