A New Espresso Bar Comes To Lindenhurst Village
The owner of So Sveglio is bringing his current espresso catering bar to a permanent location.

LINDENHURST, NY — Another new business is coming to downtown Lindenhurst: an espresso bar with an Italian flair. So Sveglio, which means "so awake" in Italian, will be opening this winter at 124 S. Wellwood Ave. in a former nail salon.
Anthony Giordano Jr. is the West Babylon resident who has been running So Sveglio as a portable catering espresso bar. He brings his original espresso drink creations to events and parties. He told Patch that he's wanted to open a storefront for years in Lindenhurst at one point tried to acquire closed coffee shop The Spoon's former space.
Giordano says he's been watching the influx of new restaurants and businesses open in the village.
