Bakuto is a "Japanese Izakaya" serving small shareable plates like noodles (ramen, udon), yakitori and other skewers, steamed buns, crudo and more, according to business director and partner, Vin D'Eletto.
"We will be using classic Japanese techniques while also focusing on fresh local ingredients," he said. "We will also have a wide variety of Japanese beer, sake, cocktails, whiskey, and green tea."
