New Japanese Restaurant To Open In Lindenhurst
The new eatery is expected to open later this year. Get an inside look at the new space.
LINDENHURST, NY - A new Japanese restaurant will be opening in Lindenhurst this summer.
The new restaurant, Bakuto, will be located on 121 N. Wellwood Avenue.
The eatery, expected to to open June 2019, is a "Japanese Izakaya" serving small shareable plates like noodles (ramen, udon), yakitori and other skewers, steamed buns, crudo and more, according to business director and partner, Vin D'Eletto.

"We will be using classic Japanese techniques while also focusing on fresh local ingredients," he said. "We will also have a wide variety of Japanese beer, sake, cocktails, whiskey, and green tea."
