New Lindenhurst Restaurant To Host Grand Opening This Week
Riptides Cocktails and Grill will begin serving customers this week. Will you be checking out the new eatery?
LINDENHURST, NY — A new local restaurant will be hosting its grand opening this week. The event will take place at Lindenhurst's latest restaurant Riptides Cocktails and Grill, located on 168 East Montauk Highway.
The grand opening is scheduled for Friday, Jan. 31. Dinner service will begin at 4 p.m. While reservations are recommended, the restaurant will allow walk-ins.
A sneak peek of the menu, posted on the eatery's Facebook page, includes "small plates" such as loaded potato skins, crab cakes, spinach and artichoke dip and more. Customers can also choose from a variety of clams, salads, wraps, burgers and paninis. Large plates include steak, salmon and "fresh beer chicken on a can" which is beer-braised chicken served with au jus in a beer can.
