NYS DFS Mobile Command Center at Babylon Town Hall Mon.
Trained staff will be there to help Hurricane Sandy victims with applications for federal housing and business recovery aid.

The New York State Department of Financial Services (DFS) Mobile Command Center is in Lindenhurst at Babylon Town Hall on Monday, May 13.
It's part of a continuing effort by Governor Cuomo to deploy representatives of the DFS to locations in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. And Lindenhurst is one of several locations that will receive reps in the next few days to residents in their Hurricane Sandy recovery process, according to a May 9 release about this.
"[This is]Â to help homeowners and business owners affected by Superstorm Sandy apply for recovery aid that was approved by the federal government last week," Cuomo said in the release.
The Department’s representatives will be available to meet with residents inside the agency's Mobile Command Center, which will be stationed at these locations:
Monday, May 13
Babylon Town Hall
200 East Sunrise HighwayÂ
Lindenhurst
9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday, May 14
2600 Newbridge RoadÂ
Bellmore
9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Wednesday, May 15
2550 Clubhouse RoadÂ
Merrick
9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
DFS representatives will also be available to assist with insurance-related issues stemming from damage caused by Sandy.Â
