Photo: Horsley Honored for Leadership Following Sandy
DPO Wayne Horsley is acknowledged for his leadership after the superstorm at the Suffolk County Infrastructure Summit.
LICA Board Member Paul Posillico of Farmingdale-based Posillico Civil, Incorporated and Charlie Bartha of Mineola-based Sidney Bowne Engineering recently presented Suffolk County Deputy Presiding Officer and Legislator Wayne Horsley with a shattered piece of the Long Beach boardwalk.
This was to acknowledge his leadership in the recovery from Hurricane Sandy at LICA’s recent Suffolk County Infrastructure Summit in Hauppauge.
