ProHealth Expands Coronavirus Testing At 11 LI Locations

LONG ISLAND, NY — ProHealth announced Wednesday it expanded coronavirus testing at 11 facilities across Long Island. The health care provider also extended testing access to all first responders. Patients exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms must first call a hotline (1-516-874-0411) to schedule an appointment. The testing is available at several urgent care sites, including three drive-thrus, in Suffolk and Nassau counties.

If you have COVID-19 symptoms, call the hotline first. If your symptoms suggest you need a test, you'll be scheduled for drive-thru testing and an appointment at one of the urgent care locations listed below.

These are the testing sites:

• ProHEALTH Campus (drive-thru): 3 Delaware Dr., Lake Success. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Patients are asked to use the garage entrance.
• ProHEALTH Urgent Care of Jericho (drive-thru): 555 N. Broadway. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-8 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
• ProHEALTH Urgent Care of Riverhead (drive-thru): 1149 Old Country Rd. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
• Freeport Urgent Care: 129 W Sunrise Hwy.
• Massapequa Park Urgent Care: 4954 Merrick Rd.
• Plainview Urgent Care: 1074 Old Country Rd.
• Roslyn Heights Urgent Care: 250 S Service Rd.
