RE Blogger Lists Recently Sold Homes in Lindy

Lindenhurst real estate agent and Patch Blogger Jackie Connelly-Fornuff recently posted the latest sold homes report for Lindy.

"Little by little we're seeing homes selling at list price since January 1, 2013. We're also seeing homes going under contract quickly. Now it's going to be a long time before we see the 2004-05 prices, but the Lindy real estate market is moving in a positive direction," wrote Connelly-Fornuff, who's an agent with Century 21 AA Realty.

She went on to describe all of the sold homes for the period ending March 31, 2013 - and list how many homes were short sales versus those that weren't.
